General conditions

1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements through the webshop www.solution-oil.com Of Solution Oil, based in Weert.

1.2 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if agreed upon in writing.

1.3 If specific product terms and conditions apply, they take precedence over these general terms and conditions.

1.4 By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and declares to be familiar with them.

1.5 Solution Oil reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. On current contracts, the conditions in force at the time of purchase shall remain in force.

1.6 We make every effort to keep all information accurate and current. Obvious (price) errors and mistakes are reserved.

2. Offers & Agreements.

2.1 All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.

2.2 An agreement is established when an order is confirmed by the customer and confirmed by Solution Oil by e-mail.

2.3 Electronic communication is recognized as binding. The absence of a signature does not affect its validity.

2.4 Product information and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible. Deviations shall not entitle to compensation or dissolution.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT (21%) and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Any import duties or local taxes outside the Netherlands shall be borne by the customer.

3.3 Offers are valid during the stated promotional period or while supplies last.

3.4 Solution Oil is not liable for inadvertent pricing or typographical errors.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Business customers can - after approval - pay on account.

4.2 Payment on account is subject to a payment term of 8 days from invoice date.

4.3 In the event of late payment, Solution Oil may suspend delivery or dissolve the contract. Any collection costs shall be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery & Shipping Costs.

5.1 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays shall not entitle you to compensation or dissolution.

5.3 If a product is out of stock, we will contact you about the expected delivery time.

5.4 Solution Oil retains ownership of products until full payment is received.

5.5 Partial deliveries are permitted; any additional shipping costs shall be borne by Solution Oil.

5.6 Different conditions and rates may apply to international deliveries.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns.

6.1 Customers have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unopened and in its original condition.

6.2 Custom or special ordered products cannot be returned unless defective.

6.3 Upon revocation, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days, including standard shipping costs.

6.4 Returns are at the customer's risk and expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Solution Oil is not liable in cases of force majeure, such as breakdowns, natural disasters, strikes or third-party delivery problems.

7.2 In the event of force majeure, obligations are suspended. If this lasts longer than 30 days, the agreement may be dissolved.

8. Liability

8.1 Solution Oil is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or gross negligence.

8.2 Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product in question.

8.3 Use of our products is at your own risk. Always read the instructions for use carefully.

9. Governing law & disputes.

9.1 All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

9.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Solution Oil is located.
