1. Right of withdrawal for online purchases

As a customer of Solution Oil you have the right to use the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. This means that you can dissolve the agreement without giving any reason. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. With this we comply with the European rules for online purchases.

2. Conditions for returns

Products returned must be unused, undamaged and - if possible - in their original packaging. The seal must not be broken. Especially with cosmetic and hygiene products, such as oils or sprays, we can only accept unopened items. Returned products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

3. Exceptions to the right of return

Certain products are excluded from return. These include items ordered or produced especially for you, and products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after the packaging has been opened. Also products with broken seals cannot be returned. In case of damage or a wrongly delivered item, it is best to contact us immediately for an appropriate solution.

4. Return notification and shipping

Would you like to return a product? Send an email within 14 days of receipt to info@solution-oil.com with your name, order number and (optional) reason for return. We will send you the return instructions. Then you can return the product, well packed, to the address below:

For your own security, we recommend sending the package with a tracking code (track & trace). Until we have received the product, the customer remains responsible for the return.

5. Refund

Once we have received and reviewed your return in good condition, you will receive a refund within 14 days. If you have returned the entire order, we will also reimburse the shipping costs of the return shipment. The cost of returning the package is for your account, unless there is an error or defect on our part.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method you used to place the order.

We make every effort to give you the best possible service. Are you not satisfied with something? If so, please contact us. If you can't work it out with us, you can report a dispute via the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
